Every website design project is unique, but we try to follow the same design process with all our clients, whether it’s a new website design or a redesign of an existing website.

We’ll start with an initial meeting to discuss your ideas for your website – what features you want, things you like and don’t like, colors you love, colors you hate… the goal is for us to understand how you envision your website working for you. Based on this meeting we will come up with a plan for your website and a quote for our design services.

Once we have the go-ahead for your website project, we’ll formalize the deal by signing a design contract with you. This contract outlines what we (Byron Tech) and you (the client) are responsible for. It covers our deliverables (the services we are providing and the project timeframe) and your deliverables (content, if applicable, and payments).

Now it’s time to get to work – we’ll put together a mock-up of your website, which often consists of image files and sample web page layouts. There may be a few iterations of this step until you are happy with the concept. From here we’ll start coding the website – adding all your content and features, building in search engine friendliness, and ensuring that your site looks great across all devices (smartphones, tablets, and desktops) and in all the major browsers (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).

After the website has been coded, it’s time for you to review the site and give us your feedback. In most cases, there will be some additional revisions until you are completely satisfied with your website.

Once we have your final acceptance of the website design, it’s time to launch and your website goes live!
